Institution is managed by a democratically elected managing Committee in accordance with the Statute of the Management Rules of the WBBSE.

The teaching –learning practice is managed & regulated by three independent wings viz: Montessori ( from age group 3+), Primary ( from age group 6+ to 9+) and secondary stage from class V to class XII under the able leadership of three duly efficient heads.

It is an integrated H.S school from Montessori I to class XII having a present Roll strength of 1250 (2011 academic year,having well equipped Science laboratories ( Phy/Chem/Nut/Geo/Computer application) and Comp.labs library.

The institution was initially established at the footholds of the concepts propounded by a band of outstanding intellectuals of our country who had studied the society, its education & culture differently viz. i.Meera Duttagupta ii.Sushovan Sarkar iii. Ajit Dutta iv.Tarun kumar Basu v. Satyajit Roy vi.Dr. Amiya Bose and many others of the Kolkata Pathabhavan and having being inspired by the teaching at kolkata Pathbhavan,Pathabhavan Dankuni came into existence in 1992.
